Rosa Snyder, "history detective" and former restoration painter, will divulge untold stories and reveal hidden treasures of Iowa's most recognized landmark.  She will take you through the step-by-step paint restoration process, including before and after photos.  The building is adorned with several works of art and she will discuss these works and share interesting tidbits about the artists.

This program is supported by Humanities Iowa and the National Endowment for the Humanities.  It is free (donations accepted) and open to the public.  Individuals needing special assistance should contact the library.
